All orders have to filled up via ordering form embed on our site, we do not accept any orders though e-mail, Please check if you have filled up everything correctly like your address/ contact number/ email & your orders details.
I reserve the right to close or cancel any spree/pre-order at any point of time depending on the responses, Refunds will be made if the deal falls through otherwise NO REFUNDS under ANY circumstances.
I'm not held responsible for any mistake that you've made, placing an wrong order & ectera, so please check correctly before submitting the ordering form or any errors that is done by my supplier.
I'm also not liable for any discomfort caused by any skincare or cosmetic products, Please stop immediately if that's the case.
I am not responsible if supplier send me the another/ wrong items, I will not do any refund if that's the case.

Or opt for concealed cash which is at your own risk, so far, no concealed cash has been lost during the process of being mailed to me , Yet...
Refund?
There will be no refunds made unless it's a part of our mistakes, because all items will be checked for any defects before mailing to our customers.
No backing out after payment is being done, no refunds will be done unless item is out of stock
Collection method :
Self collection at my place, Tampines street 22 block 280 or tampines interchange
Time and day also to my convenience, depending on when I'm free to arrange a mass meet up , No meetup will be arranged on the weekends thanks, only weekdays.
Directions will be given when if you're opting to come over my place
Time& day to your convenience there's bound to be somebody at home.
but please notice me 1day in advance so I can pack your items and notify my family members if I wasn't at home.
If not convenient for you, please opt for postage instead
Postage ..
I highly recommend my customers to opt for Registered postage because I'm not responsible if your items go missing via normal postage, Paying an additional $2.25 ontop(+) of normal postage gives you a better security because there's a registered article number will be given to you upon request, this article number lets you track and trace the status of your item on the singpost website, and besides this with your registered article number, you can request for Re-delivery to your doorstep again or collect it at the nearest post office if you're not at home on the day when the postman delivers to your place.
What's the difference between normal postage & Registered postage?
Registered postage comes with a tracking number whereas normal postage DON'T , so there's no way to track your item / parcel if you did not receive it, so don't come whining and saying you did not receive your item when you've opt for Normal postage because normal postage carries some risk like lost mails.
Normal postage is to your mailbox whereas registered is directly to your doorstep by deliveryman by singpost , Don't have to fret if you're not home the day when the postman went over your place because they will slot a paper under your door, with that paper u can look for your registered article number , Visit, www.singpost.sg and type in the Number and simply click re-delivery again or bring that piece of paper down to singpost and collect your parcel yourself , Remember to bring your IC/Ezlink for verification purposes..
